The Russian navy held snap live-fire drills in the Black Sea on the 14th April. (small missile ships -  Graivoron  + Vyshny Volochek took part in sea and aerial target practice. Also present, the hovercraft Samum with the frigate Admiral Makarov and minesweeper  Ivan Golubets).

The previously announced deployment of two US warships to the Black Sea has been cancelled.  The USS Donald Cook (DDG-75) & USS Roosevelt (DDG-80)  were in Crete on 14th April.

Russia has placed temporary restrictions on the movement of foreign warships “and other state ships” near to Crimea until October, however this will not affect commercial navigation in the Kerch Strait. 15 vessels belonging to the Caspian Sea Flotilla passed through the Kerch bridge recently, including 6 Serna class landing craft and 3 Shmel artillery patrol boats.

MV 'Hurst Point', a Ro-Ro ship  carrying military equipment for NATO forces has just left Constanta in Romania.

There are literally dozens of Navarea navigational Warnings for the Black Sea and Azov Sea regions. Here is a selection:
